1. MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER

To apply this job position, I should have skills and personality on :-

- Proficiency in Adobe CS5.0 (esp. After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator) is a must.

- Knowledge of 3Ds Studio Max is a plus.

- Soft skills on group management and communication.

- Have a 'Google attitude'.

- Work efficiently and effective to meet deadlines and budgets.

- Have an artistic eye and understand design concept.

- Candidate must posses at least Diploma/ advance/ higher/ graduated Diploma                   Art/Design/Creative Multimedia and equivalent.

- Fresh graduate are mostly welcome

Job Responsibilities :-

- Graphics: Conceptualize and create animations, graphics, slides, and other production materials.

- Studio Operations: Assist in the operation of our media studio, producing both live and on-demand content. 

- Video Editing: Assist in editing video content in preparation for broadcast, use in instruction, and/or syndication 

- Field Production: Support remote shoots and live broadcasts, set up and execution. 

- Digital Asset Management: Assist in the administration and maintenance of our DAM/CMS Other duties as assigned.

2. WEB PROGRAMMER/DEVELOPER

To apply this job position, I should have skills and personality on :-

- Develop back-end application

- Maintain existing client portfolio

- Knowledge of PHP is a must

- Highly proficient in HTML, JavaScript & CSS

- Working experience in popular open-source such as Joomla, Wordpress & Expression Engine 2.0

- Strong interest in developing Web 2.0 applications

- Independent, resourceful, result-oriented and analytical

- Posess strong skills in application design, implementation, testing and trouble-shooting

- Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines

- Have a 'Google attitude'

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and three years' experience working in a web development environment, or equivalent experience

- Fresh graduate are welcome

Job Responsibilities :-

- Designs and implements the database schema

- Works with institution/business stakeholders to determine the requirements of the application

- Creates technical specification documents from which the application's design and development can be made

- Continuously develops enhancements and improvements to existing in-house created applications, documents applications and procedures, practices effective knowledge transfer and quality assurance methods

- Manages projects and mentors web team members

- Provides end-user training on applications developed

- Evaluates the progress of new systems development, creates test plans and coordinates rollouts

- Applies creative problem solving to web development and content syndication needs in support of institutional messaging

- Serves as security administrator for security sensitive information

- Performs database administration, maintaining tables and data feeds in an accurate and timely manner

- Maintains and monitors new systems once released

- Links developed applications with existing ITS infrastructure, as applicable, to leverage existing data tables and technology

- Acts as technical resource for Web Director and web team, developing recommendations for continuous technical and system improvement

Job Responsibilities :-

- Manage and ensure timely delivery of software project.

- Manage and take ownership 1 or more customer accounts

- Gather, define and prepare functional specification as well as other project related document as part of the software development life cycle.

- Manage the day-to-day tasks and issues within the project team.

- Work with the system analyst/ technical leader/ system developer to ensure deliverable (s) are met in a timely manner.

- Responsible for giving weekly/ bi-weekly progress report to the PMO (Project Management Office)

- Liaise with clients and third party vendors

- Prepare statement of work, proposal and quotation for new project and enhancement to existing system.
